Michael has over 30 years of expertise in the lumber industry cultivating strategic business relationships with vendors and customers. As a previous Sales Manager & Vice President of Sales, he was able to build a successful team by breaking down traditional barriers which allowed him to take his former company from 100 million in sales in 2011 to over 450 million in sales in 2021, while he personally continued to generate sales between 30-40 million annually for the company. His attention to detail and serving the customer’s needs first separates him from the competition.

Jen has over 20 years of experience in the multi-family building supply industry. She has worked in many areas from IT and HR to Management in Operations and Buying. She has been instrumental in securing and developing a vast vendor and logistic network, which has allowed her to be extremely successful in supplying building materials to multi-family projects throughout the US.
